Founded in 2023, 2C Architects is a London–based practice delivering functional, responsible and characterful design rooted in context. Drawing on over two decades of senior practice experience, 2C focuses on large scale housing, commercial and community-led projects that evolve, adapt and add long term value.

Driven by curiosity and an exploratory approach, the practice advocates for quality-driven, higher-density developments that foster mixed communities, integrate green spaces and prioritise user wellbeing. 2C’s work champions flexibility, placemaking and environmental performance; creating spaces that retain value, attract better tenants and respond intelligently to change.

2C is currently leading a design team on a major regenerative housing and masterplan project in Orpington, due to start on site in 2027, as well as a new project in Newham exploring a co-living scheme for mixed communities in East London.
