St Georges is a residential development in Weybridge delivering around 150 homes on grey belt land, structured around a new village green and a generous network of open spaces. The project began as a feasibility study for St George's College and has since developed into a pre-planning proposal.

The scheme brings together a wide mix of housing types and tenures, from smaller starter homes to three and four-bedroom townhouses and apartments, creating a neighbourhood with genuine variety and balance.

The scheme is designed to feel open, green and legible. Apartment buildings are placed towards the centre of the site in a splayed formation that reduces overlooking while opening views and drawing light into the spaces between them. These spaces are conceived as a series of planted gardens forming a small arboretum, bringing landscape into the heart of the development rather than treating it as an afterthought. Development steps down in scale to meet the surrounding context, with smaller two-storey homes sitting towards the perimeter.
