Green Street is a six-storey residential development in the heart of Upton Park, designed to bring new homes and local enterprise together on a single site. 137 co-living units will be introduced alongside a ground level dedicated to flexible workspace for local businesses and small-scale industry, embedding economic activity into the neighbourhood.

The building’s masonry exterior references the Grosvenor Estate in Pimlico, an early and influential example of mass housing designed by Edwin Lutyens. Its signature use of grey brick and white render in a chequerboard pattern has been reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, giving Green Street a distinctive identity without feeling out of place.

At the heart of the scheme, a shared garden offers usable outdoor space for the building's residents while providing a softer outlook for neighbouring homes. Together, the homes, workspace and garden set out a straightforward proposition: a building that supports both everyday living and the kind of local economic activity that keeps a high street neighbourhood like Green Street functioning.
